  1. Half day includes travel and site visit, totalling 3.5 hours. Any additional hours beyond this will be billed at £75 per hour.

  2. Price includes travel within East & West Sussex, 25 mile radius of the Studio

  3. The design work does not include detailed plans, 3D models & Renders.

  4. The initial fee of £250 will be subject to a 50% discount if the client appoints REAFE STUDIO to undertake further design work.
